ORDERS

All orders may be placed online at any time at MartinaGurgel.com. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days and are subject to availability.  Please allow extra time for weekends or holidays. All weekend orders or orders placed after 5:30pm EDT Friday may take up to 5 business days to process. Extra fees apply to expedited orders.

If the item ordered takes longer or is out of stock, you will be notified of these changes. A new estimated ship date will be given when your order updates. Please Note: This processing may take 2-4 weeks. If the item is ready before the approximate date, it will ship as soon as possible. If it takes longer, a sales representative will notify you.  Any updates will be communicated via email.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you purchased an item from an outside vendor or retailer, you must contact them regarding their return policies. We do not accept any returns purchased on our flagship website, MartinaGurgel.com.

If you think there is a defect in your purchase, please notify us immediately. Please supply photos, notes of the defect and the order number via email for assessment. The item must not show any wear and tear, damage, scratches, or signs of use, or it is void for refund consideration. 

SALES TAX

All states are subject to sales tax unless otherwise specified. Each state/country has a different tax rate, which will be reflected at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are pleased to offer international shipping to most countries outside of the United States of America (USA). All international orders are subject to customs, duties, shipping taxes, and fees based on the destination country notated for the order. Processing fees and taxes are visible at checkout before any purchase. All customers are responsible for paying all fees associated with any order.

We do not negotiate the prices of our products: each product retains its current listed price. Please Note: This doesn't include flash sales or seasonal discounts. Any price difference will be honored during that time, with an end date. The price will return to the original price when the special has ended. The sale price is not applicable outside of any sale or special dates.

We guarantee our products are as shown in the photos and as described in the corresponding description. Each piece is sent through quality control before shipment, ensuring it meets our standards and exceeds yours.

All products are photographed to depict as much detail as possible. Color and size may appear different depending on the device (phone, laptop, tablet, etc.) the website is being viewed on. Please allow for slight color variation between photos of the item and the physical item itself.

All carat total weights are estimated, with a variation of 0.05 carat on any item containing stones. Please allow variances: If the item is later evaluated with the stones already set in the mounting, the cartage may differ slightly from the listing.
